On October 1, volunteer in a classroom as we read to second graders across Lubbock County. There will also be opportunities to prepare classroom materials prior to the event.

The Loaned Executive Program is one of the most comprehensive management and leadership training programs in Lubbock. More than 1,500 individuals have gone through the program since it began in 1968, and many of them have gone on to top management positions within their companies.
Our annual Program Review process is an opportunity for you to see the full impact of how donations to United Way are used. Through the volunteer process, you will be trained and equipped to determine the effectiveness of United Way funded programs.
