Join a Collective Voice
You are invited to join a collective voice of individuals, families, and organizations committed to addressing the root issues of poverty in our community. When you do, you are saying no to things like child abuse, domestic violence, and sex trafficking. And you are saying yes to things like early childhood education, access to mental health services, and healthy families.
Choosing to take your philanthropy to the next level by giving above and beyond means moving beyond temporary assistance and helps create a pathway for sustainable change. When we all come together with a common voice, then we are game-changers.
Leadership Giving
Leadership givers are individuals and families who give $1,000 or more annually. These gifts provide life-changing opportunities for people across the South Plains and secure a brighter future for everyone in our community. Leadership givers are people who believe in empowering families and protecting the most vulnerable. These members are recognized annually.
For women who give at the Leadership level, you are invited to join Women United, a group of women committed to preventing child abuse and neglect through education, advocacy, and volunteerism. Learn more about Women United.
Alexis De Tocqueville Society
The Society is named for a young Frenchman who visited America in 1831. Following his visit, de Tocqueville published his observations and discussions with prominent Americans in “Democracy in America.” He applauded the voluntary spirit and observed that Americans always helped each other in times of need.
“I must say that I have seen Americans make great and real sacrifices to the public welfare; and have noticed a hundred instances in which they have hardly ever failed to lend faithful support to one another.” ~ Alexis de Tocqueville
“If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more then you are a leader." ~ John Quincy Adams
