Volunteer Demographic Questionnaire

Lubbock Area United Way collects demographic information from staff and volunteers to measure and assess diversity within the organization. This data will help determine the effectiveness of all diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. Providing the requested demographic information is voluntary. As such, individual responses will not be shared publicly.
