Donor Data Manager

About the Role

As the Donor Data Manager, you will have the responsibility of maintaining and managing accurate donor information. The quality of this information directly impacts relationships with our donors. The average workday requires significant computer time to manage large amounts of information with a high level of accuracy. You will occasionally represent United Way at local community events and tell the story of how United Way’s mission positively impacts the people of the South Plains. The work environment is friendly and fast-paced.

 

Qualifications

  • A college education is preferred, but not required. A high school diploma or GED and a minimum of three years related experience and/or training in database management, and office administration; or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Previous experience with a CRM database is preferred.
  • Have the ability to work collaboratively as a team member.
  • Have the ability to manage and enter large amounts of data.
  • Have the ability to learn and manage technical information including maintenance and updates for the platform.
  • Be an expert communicator who excels in verbal and written communication and manages large amounts of information.
  • Be highly detailed and able to manage multiple projects and people simultaneously.
  • Be able to plan and organize effectively to manage priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Be able to effectively manage requests for information from donors, volunteers, and fellow team members.
  • Have highly developed computer skills including Microsoft Office products, especially Word and Excel.
