We visited with Cynthia Quintanilla, Executive Director of Catholic Charities, to talk about how they have adapted their programs to continue serving vulnerable populations such as the elderly. One of their biggest challenges is helping these populations use and adapt to technology as the world moves online during stay-at-home orders.
