Each year, thousands of people make an annual gift to United Way. These funds are distributed to our Community Partners each year. A planned gift is different and allows donors the opportunity to establish a giving legacy that will forever support the needs of people in this area. United Way has a proven capacity to move with the needs of the community as it changes over time.
Endowment donors have a special commitment to our mission and work. These donors trust United Way’s accountable and transparent leadership to providing real assistance for this area. Many people think this sort of gift planning is complex and expensive to implement. However, there are some simple ways to make a permanent gift that has a big impact. United Way encourages all donors to consult with their family and their tax and investment advisors prior to making a planned gift.
