Child Care

The Early Learning Centers offer high quality, educational programs for infants through Pre-K children (and for school aged children during school holidays.)  ELC partners with many community groups, such as LISD Pre-K staff, Texas Tech School of Nursing, Foster Grandparents, TTU Jumpstart, and the Volunteer Center, to provide enhanced services to children. Fees for the year round program are based on income and eligibility.  Daily activities are planned in the following areas:

" Blocks
" Music and Art
The Early Learning Centers also emphasize the development of:
