Position: Community Impact Director
Job Description: The position is responsible for managing the Community Impact Division which advises the Board of Directors on matters related to the investment of funds, community engagement, partnerships and collaborations.
Directs the processes related to accountability of community partners through comprehensive program and financial reviews.
Promote strong partnerships with organizations throughout the community, prepare grant proposals, manage the collection and analysis of data in preparing the Community Status Report, and coordinate the activities of the local Emergency Food and Shelter Board.
The position serves as an advocate for the agencies, programs and initiatives supported by Lubbock Area United Way.
Qualifications and Requirements: A Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of two years related nonprofit experience is required.
